Systems, Platforms &
Digital Transformation

Selected systems and platforms across social protection, digital government, dispute resolution, banking, tax and recruitment technology — described by problem, role, approach and significance rather than by screenshots.

HOW THE WORK IS FRAMED

Every Project Starts with a Problem

Each project below follows the same reading, so they stay comparable and scan-friendly.

Challenge

The core problem or gap that needs to be solved.

Solution

The approach, framework or solution implemented.

Technology

The tools, platforms and technologies used.

Role

Our role and responsibility within the engagement.

Capabilities

The skills, expertise and strengths applied.

Impact / significance

The measurable impact and significance delivered.

FEATURED PROJECTS

Two systems in depth

FEATURED PROJECT 01

Integrated Social Protection Systems

ADB / BISP · 2023–2026 · Software Developer / MIS Integration

CHALLENGE

Social protection programmes (UCT/CCT) depend on management information systems that must connect several systems, stay auditable, and adapt as policy and operations change — without losing data integrity.

ROLE

Contributing as Software Developer / MIS Integration: MIS enhancement, integration work, automation and validation across the programme's systems.

SOLUTION

Business-process automation, secure integration between systems, dashboards and reporting, data validation, and deployment support.

CAPABILITIES

MISUCT / CCTBusiness-process automationSecure integrationDashboardsReportingAuditabilityDeployment support

IMPACT & SIGNIFICANCE

Social protection MIS is accountability infrastructure. The value is in making the underlying processes more structured, transparent and adaptable — measured qualitatively here, with no programme figures disclosed.

FEATURED PROJECT 02

GRMS — Grievance Redress Management System

ADB / BISP · Dynamic, configurable case management

CHALLENGE

Grievance handling varies by category, organisational structure, service timeline and escalation rule — and those rules change over time. Hard-coding them makes the system brittle and slow to adapt.

ROLE

Contributing to the design and development of a configurable grievance system built around a data-driven lifecycle.

SOLUTION

A lifecycle engine where categories, roles, hierarchies, escalation levels, service timelines and resolution actions are configured rather than coded, with role-based access and full audit trails for governance and control.

CAPABILITIES

Configurable workflowsCase lifecycle managementRole-based accessOrganizational hierarchiesEscalation & service timelinesAudit trails

IMPACT & SIGNIFICANCE

Build the rules into the system, not permanently into the code.

PROJECT APPROACH

Understand → Model → Architect → Build → Validate → Evolve

STEP 04

STEP 05
Evolve
STEP 06
01

Understand

Read the problem, the people and the constraints first.

02

Model

Map the process, roles and rules as they actually are.

03

Architect

Decide structure, boundaries and what stays configurable.

04

Build

Implement in focused, reviewable increments.

05

Validate

Check behaviour against the real process, not the happy path.

06

Evolve

Adapt as policy, scale and requirements change.

AI & modern project development

Modern tools, inside a disciplined process

Current project work uses OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor and n8n — as accelerators within the same engineering process, not as a replacement for it.

Confidentiality

Some of this work involves confidential systems and data. Descriptions here focus on the problem, role, approach and significance — not on confidential architecture, internal screenshots or protected details. Diagrams are illustrative. Confidential screenshots are not shown unless explicitly approved.
